The core purpose of Vacanzi is to help Job Seekers get discovered by employers. When you indicate that you are open to opportunities — for example, by selecting "I'm looking for a job", posting a "Looking for a Job" (seeking) Career Status, applying to a job, or setting your profile as open to work — you expressly agree and consent that:
• Relevant Companies, recruiters, and hiring teams on Vacanzi may view your profile and job-seeking signals and may contact you about job opportunities through the Platform;
• Vacanzi may share and make available your job-seeker information — such as your name, designation, location, experience, skills, profile, Career Status, and, where you have applied to a company's job or where required to facilitate an opportunity, your resume and contact details — with relevant Companies and recruiters, in order to support you in finding a job;
• Vacanzi may include your profile in its Candidates Database and surface it to relevant recruiters based on job-seeking signals (such as an active "looking for a job" status, a job application, or participation in a hiring conversation); and
• This sharing is done to help you get hired and is a fundamental part of the service you are requesting when you choose to look for a job on Vacanzi.
You remain in control. You can change your status, stop looking, adjust your Career Status privacy (for example, limit who can see it, exclude specific people, or hide it from those who have already viewed it), or delete your account at any time. Your contact details (email and mobile number) are not shown publicly; they are shared with a Company only in the specific circumstances described here and in our Privacy Policy — most notably when you apply to that Company's job.
